Rubondo Island is one of the least known parks in Africa. It is a forested island in Lake Victoria, with habituated chimpanzees, swimming sitatunga antelope and a single camp on a sandy cove.
You fly in from Mwanza or the Serengeti, and for three days you share the island with almost no one.
