Overview

Kruger is South Africa’s great national park, and one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five. A flight from Johannesburg means you are on a game drive within hours of landing.

Jock Safari Lodge, in a private concession in the south of the park, is named after a famous dog and has superb guides. Two nights is enough for a first safari or a short break from the city.
