Overview

This is the full northern Tanzania safari with a beach finish. You spend two nights at Tarangire, fly to the Serengeti for three nights, descend into Ngorongoro Crater, and then fly to Zanzibar for two nights on the beach.

It is the most popular long trip in Tanzania for good reason: every stop is different, and the beach comes at the end, when you want it.

Highlights

  • Elephants and baobabs at Tarangire
  • Three nights in the central Serengeti
  • Ngorongoro Crater Lodge on the rim
  • Ngorongoro Crater
  • Two nights at Zuri Zanzibar on the beach
